Comparison Package
A comparison service package can include the acquisitions on a selection of vehicles determined by the end user. The collected data is transformed into the set of metrics and the typical door characteristics. The comparison report will be generated highlighting the differences with numerical, objective numbers and potentially highlight the different design concepts.
Sensitivity Package
A sensitivity service package can include the acquisition of several different dataset on a given door and model to evaluate the sensitivity of the over characteristics to component variation./ understanding the different sensitivities will allow to better control to allowable production tolerances to decrease production cost while maintaining production quality.
Durability Package
A durability service package includes testing on of the door kinematics characteristics over the lifecycle of a door. A test plan is elaborated to monitor the first weeks, months or years of the closing characteristic of a design.
